1. How long will it take?

It takes time to build great equipment. If your room is large, plan in plenty of time so that we both can benefit. Any rooms of 3000+ square feet should allocate 3 months turn around time for custom work, minimum. We take pride in having the room ready, done right, and on time.

2. What information is required from the customer?

We do a detailed facility file with our first contact. You need to know us but we need to know your program, particular goals, limitations, and time period scheduling.

3 . How much customization is possible?

Combinations are endless and, if handled by experts, a great statement can be made. Athletes will tend to give their effort in accordance with what extent they perceive the room was designed for them and their particular needs. Off the shelf equipment brings off the shelf performance. If you give them the best they will give their best. Color combinations are possible on upholstery, mainframe, and all metal trim areas.

4. Logos, and on what?

We can supply custom metal laser cut logos for any piece of equipment to show your pride and commitment to purpose. Most fonts of lettering are available with custom mascot logos. We can design high wear resistant head-guards on any upholstered piece. The customer needs to supply any graphic information as to artwork or protected school designs.

5. List of customers?

We maintain a list of customers with all sizes and types of layouts in your geographic area. We welcome you to ask others and do your homework, you will be pleased and well informed with the feedback received.

6. Can room drawings be done?

Yes. We have AutoCAD compatibility. You can see your room with our equipment accurately depicted. This can be included in your final package price or provided independently on a time / labor basis.

7. Can we visit the Sorinex facility?

We welcome your visit. Seeing what you are going to buy is important and acquired information can add to or change the scope of your actual order. We can show you better ways to accomplish your training goals. You can see, feel, and train in our fully equipped showroom / training center. Bring your gear, some of your athletes, and be ready to work.

8. Can you visit us at our location?

Yes, if it is determined that the best first steps require the evaluation of the room itself for defects or space needs. Physical examination of the facility is not always required for a successful project with our AutoCAD drawing capability.

9. What maintenance is required on a finished facility?

Our equipment is rugged and requires little maintenance other than routine lubrication and cleaning. A service kit is available for purchase on large facilities. We can design a custom maintenance package as well to ensure many years of great service with your investment.

10. Where is Sorinex equipment made?

All Sorinex Equipment is manufactured in the USA and is backed by 27 years of dedicated, careful, production. All designs are tested under real use applications by competitive athletes and experts in strength training.

11. Is your equipment built as shown on your website?

Yes, our equipment is depicted as up to date as possible on our website with photos and movie clips. We do reserve the right to improve quality, strength, function, or aesthetics whenever possible. Extra bracing, heavy duty fasteners, and bearing surfaces are part of every piece.

12. How do I pay?

On custom designed equipment jobs with state institutions a deposit is required with a balance due net 30 upon successful completion. Private, non state institutions or individuals payment is due prior to installation.

13. What type of sports programs do we deal with?

We deal with all power production sports programs. We have special offerings particular to each major NCAA sport. Our background has been steeped in outfitting football, basketball, and Olympic sports teams. 

14. Custom colors, is that a problem?

No, custom colors are part of our custom division format. We can match most school color combinations and most room size packages. No extra cost or time is required.

15. What is available?

We are a single stopping point for a complete facility. We have a full line of weight equipment, selectorized equipment, and strength related products such as stretch bands, chains, and medicine balls. We proudly sell Ivanko and Intek barbells and dumbbells. We are a Woodway Treadmills, Vertimax, and Eleiko Barbell sales and service dealer. The world power testing "standard" Fitrodyne Tendo is also an exclusive product available through Sorinex. Everything that you need in a strength room, or to maintain it, can be supplied in a seamless fashion, allowing you to utilize your present facility and coaching staff to their utmost ability.

16. Who designs your equipment?

We have been personally designing equipment in house for the past 27 years. A devoted effort by a staff of coaches and competitors that have had great success in powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, highland games, strongman, and track and field. All designs are severely tested in the field and perfected under the watchful eyes of those who use and live it, before it becomes a part of the Sorinex line. Designs are original and unique within the industry. We do acknowledge the pride our customers feel when they have actual Sorinex equipment, not copies made by those who don't know the thought development and intended use before, during, and after its creation.
